Participation & Event Capacity
Cyber Odyssey USA events are intentionally structured with limited capacity to support route coordination, safety, communication, land respect, and overall participant experience.
Because every event varies in terrain, logistics, location, duration, and group dynamics, participation may be based on factors such as event fit, preparedness, experience level, vehicle setup, communication, and the overall needs of the specific event.
In addition to scheduled events, Cyber Odyssey USA may occasionally organize smaller impromptu trail runs, off-road gatherings, and community meetups throughout the year based on location, timing, weather, route conditions, and community interest.
These experiences are intended to keep the spirit of adventure active between larger organized events while fostering connection, shared experiences, and responsible exploration within the community.
While we wish we could accommodate everyone, maintaining the quality, safety, and integrity of each experience remains a priority for Cyber Odyssey USA and the community we continue to build together.
