What type of events are these?

Cyber Odyssey USA events are organized off-road adventures designed around responsible exploration, scenic routes, clear communication, and a strong community experience. Every event is thoughtfully planned so participants can focus on enjoying the journey together.

Do I need off-road experience, and are events beginner-friendly?

Many events welcome newer drivers, while others are better suited for more experienced participants. Each event includes route information, terrain details, and preparation guidance so you can decide whether it's the right fit before confirming your plans.

What vehicles can participate?

Cyber Odyssey USA events are designed primarily for Cybertrucks and other compatible off-road-capable electric vehicles. Vehicle suitability may vary depending on the route and event. Specific vehicle requirements and preparation guidance are shared before participation is confirmed.

What should I bring, and do I need special equipment?

Bring appropriate clothing, water, food, charging plans, and any personal camping or recovery equipment recommended for the event. Requirements vary by route, and confirmed participants receive preparation guidance before event day.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, in most cases. Please include your guest or passenger information in your Event Access Application so we can plan group size, logistics, and communication accordingly.

Where are events located, and what terrain should I expect?

Events are held throughout the western United States and feature a variety of landscapes, including desert trails, mountain routes, scenic backroads, and destination stops. Terrain varies by event, and route-specific information is shared with confirmed participants before the event.

Why does Cyber Odyssey USA use an application process?

Our events are intentionally curated to create safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experiences. The Event Access Application helps us understand each participant, plan appropriate group sizes, match drivers with suitable events, and maintain the respectful, community-focused culture that defines Cyber Odyssey USA.

What happens after I submit the Event Access Application?

Our team reviews every Event Access Application based on the event, vehicle setup, experience level, group capacity, and operational planning. Once approved, you'll receive registration details, payment instructions, and everything needed to prepare for event day.

What does Event Access Application mean?

The Event Access Application helps us understand your vehicle, experience level, guest information, and event interests before participation is confirmed. It is simply the first step in our event planning process and helps ensure every event is organized, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

How many vehicles are in each event?

Group sizes vary depending on the route, terrain, and event format. We intentionally keep events at a manageable size to promote safety, clear communication, and a more personal experience.

What costs are involved, what if I need to cancel, and can I attend multiple events?

Event fees vary depending on the route, activities, and optional overnight plans. Approved applicants receive registration details and payment instructions before confirming participation.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Once approved, you're welcome to apply for multiple events throughout the year whenever the schedule works for you.

What is your registration and refund policy?

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Applications are reviewed based on event capacity, preparedness, operational considerations, and community standards.

Once your application has been approved, registration has been confirmed, and payment has been received, all registration fees are non-refundable.

Is Cyber Odyssey USA affiliated with Tesla?

No. Cyber Odyssey USA is an independent community and event brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
