Any individual or group attempting to use the name Cyber Odyssey USA (or related branding) to obtain products, sponsorships, or collaborations for personal benefit—without express written authorization—is acting without approval. Such actions are considered misleading and may result in corrective measures, including public clarification of the misrepresentation.

Cyber Odyssey USA Code of Conduct

Cyber Odyssey USA is committed to building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with property owners, sponsors, local communities, and regulatory agencies. These partnerships are essential to the future of our events, and we ask every attendee to help protect them by conducting themselves responsibly and respectfully.

By attending a Cyber Odyssey, you agree to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Stay in Formation: Do not deviate from organized group formations or designated routes. Deviating from planned paths can lead to unnecessary intervention by authorities and jeopardize future events.

2. Remain on Designated Trails: All vehicular and foot traffic must stay strictly on approved trails and marked areas. Off-trail travel is strictly prohibited.

3. Pack In, Pack Out: Leave no trace. All trash, waste, and personal items must be carried out. We expect every participant to leave the site cleaner than they found it.

4. Respect Vehicular Laws: Obey all applicable traffic, safety, and off-road vehicle regulations at all times. This includes speed limits, lighting requirements, and responsible operation of your vehicle.

5. Professional Representation: You are representing Cyber Odyssey USA. Act in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner toward fellow attendees, staff, property owners, sponsors, and authorities.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event and potential bans from future Cyber Odyssey USA gatherings.
